These terms explain how the waitlist operates, how we communicate, and what you agree to when submitting the form on a city page.

Waitlist usage

Entries must contain accurate contact details so we can verify your spot.
Duplicate or automated submissions may be removed to keep the queue fair.
Placement provides early access notifications but does not guarantee tickets.

Communications

By opting in you agree to receive transactional SMS and email messages about the tour. Frequency is low and you can opt out at any time via unsubscribe links or by replying STOP.

Policy updates

When we change how the waitlist operates, we update this page and note the revision date. Continued use of the waitlist after an update means you accept the new terms.
